Summary Of The Role
The IS Manufacturing Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing systems and processes that support business operations and strategic goals. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that manufacturing solutions are aligned with organizational needs and deliver measurable value. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and planning systems.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements for manufacturing and supply chain systems and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement system solutions.
- Support the deployment and integration of ERP, WMS, TMS, and other manufacturing and supply chain platforms.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across supply chain systems.
- Support vendors and service providers solutions integrations for supply chain technologies.
- Support change management and training initiatives for new systems and processes.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Manufacturing Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain systems analysis or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and technologies.
- Experience with JDE E1 ERP system, WMS, TMS, and related platforms.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- International experience and familiarity with global supply chain operations.

Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements
Global responsibility with travel up to 20% annually to domestic and international locations.
For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days per week.
