At Lyreco, we're looking for an enthusiastic IS Graduate Apprentice to join our Information Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a large UK business while studying towards a degree with Staffordshire University.
No two days are the same.
You'll provide first-line IT support, help keep our systems secure, work alongside experienced IT professionals, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in Information Services and Cyber Security.
What You'll Be Doing As An Information Services Apprentice
- Providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
- Supporting information security and ISO27001 compliance.
- Helping to deliver IT security awareness and training across the business.
- Maintaining IT hardware and software asset records.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within the Information Services team.
- Building relationships with colleagues across the UK and Lyreco Group.
- Delivering excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities.

What We're Looking For In an Information Services Apprentice
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- A logical problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks.
- Interested in information security and technology.
- A strong team player who lives our values of Agility, Respect, Passion and Excellence.
Entry Requirements
To Be Eligible For The Degree Apprenticeship, You'll Need
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent), or be able to demonstrate Level 2 ability through an assessment.
- A Level 3 qualification worth 112 UCAS points (or equivalent), or relevant work experience that meets the university entry requirements.
- Eligibility to enrol on the Staffordshire University Degree Apprenticeship programme.
