Con il Decreto-Legge 16 giugno 2020, n. 52, è stato modificato il termine per la presentazione delle domande di emersione di rapporti di lavoro irregolare e di rilascio del permesso di soggiorno temporaneo (v. articolo pubblicato nella newsletter n. 23 del 05/06/2020). Con il decreto in commento, infatti, viene prorogato dal 15 luglio al 15 agosto il termine di presentazione delle suddette istanze di regolarizzazione.
