IT Administrator – Poole Office
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team in our Poole office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive efficient and responsive technical support.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service across the business, assisting with both onsite and remote support, and maintaining IT infrastructure in line with operational and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting software, hardware, phones, and printers
- Build, configure, and deploy PCs and other devices
- Manage desk moves, including network patching and equipment setup
- Administer user accounts and access permissions
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
- Deliver effective remote support for users across different locations

Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of hardware setup, networking, and general IT infrastructure

- Full UK driving licence and business insurance (required for travel between offices)
