Role: IT Application Support Technician
Location: Bristol (hybrid)
Salary: up to £45,000
We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard an IT Applications Support Technician.

The Role
- Provide high-level support for enterprise business applications, making sure issues are investigated and resolved quickly.
- Support a wide range of systems, including document management, finance, CRM, HR, legal tools, digital dictation, and time recording.
- Help review and improve IT and business processes, supporting better service and best practices.
The Candidate

- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications, ideally in legal or professional services environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop and productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with iManage, Intapp, BigHand and Elite 3E is desirable.
The Package
- Base salary: £35,000-£45,000
