Join our Asset Management team supporting our Aerospace, Defence and Security clients, where your work will play a key part in delivering efficient, controlled and compliant IT asset services.

As an IT Asset Analyst, you’ll help manage hardware and software assets across their full lifecycle – ensuring accurate records, supporting compliance and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative, supportive team, where you’ll gain exposure across multiple accounts in a growing sector.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets within the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) ensuring data integrity across the full lifecycle.
  • Validating asset information through audits and reconciliation activities, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitoring asset movements, assignments and status changes, ensuring accurate tracking and visibility.
  • Managing software usage, entitlements and renewals, supporting licence compliance and optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
