At Genuit Group, we are focused on creating a more sustainable built environment. This means increasing resilience as buildings adapt to the challenges of climate change, while also reducing the impact the built environment has on the environment.
As a growing FTSE 250 business with global ambitions, Genuit offers the opportunity to work across multiple construction sectors within the Group and be part of shaping the future direction of the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced IT Asset and Licence Manager to lead the governance and optimisation of IT assets and licensing across our organisation. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and mature a critical function that underpins business performance, cost control, and compliance.

- Maintain accurate records across CMDB, contracts, and asset repositories
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance assurance activities
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
