Hybrid | Nuneaton or London

We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton or London for a minimum of two days per week.

Back your career by helping us build a smarter technology estate

At Holland & Barrett, we're making health and wellness a way of life for everyone. Behind every great colleague experience is reliable technology, and we're looking for an IT Asset and Configuration Manager to help keep it that way.

In this role, you'll lead the development of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capability, creating a trusted source of asset and configuration data across our technology estate. You'll work with colleagues across IT, Finance, Procurement and Information Security to improve governance, optimise costs and strengthen operational performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and evolve our IT asset and configuration management operating model.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement through to secure disposal.
  • Manage and continuously improve asset management and discovery tools, ensuring accurate and reliable CMDB data.
  • Build governance, reporting and data quality processes that support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance and suppliers to manage budgets, purchasing and lifecycle planning.
  • Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to embed consistent asset management standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
