The Role
As an Asset Management professional, you will manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement and deployment through to maintenance, tracking, retirement and compliant disposal. You will ensure accurate asset records, support end-users, collaborate with IT teams, and uphold strong operational, compliance and service standards across the estate.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of end-user devices.
- Track device lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
- Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow) to query, manage, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure required devices.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of devices.
- Work closely with IT support teams to ensure devices are ready for use.
- Ensure devices receive required updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements and service requests.
- Partner with support teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage end-of-life device processes and compliant disposal.
- Work with recycling partners to ensure environmentally responsible handling.
- Maintain accurate disposal records and compliance documentation.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in Asset Management across end-user device estates.
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM).
- Experience in Deskside Support / TechBar support.
- Ability to handle requests relating to IT peripherals and device needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.
- A proactive, service-obsessed mindset and dedication to user experience.

- Approaches challenges with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Show adaptability and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
