Job Title

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager to establish and enhance its Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capability across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement through to secure disposal.
  • Develop and implement hardware asset management policies, standards and processes.
  • Maintain accurate enterprise asset records using ServiceNow (or equivalent CMDB/ITAM platform).
  • Improve asset data quality through reconciliation and governance initiatives.
  • Produce reporting and dashboards covering asset utilisation, compliance and lifecycle status.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and asset records.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance and Technology teams to optimise asset utilisation and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Manage secure disposal of end-of-life hardware in line with security and environmental policies.
  • Deliver guidance and training to operational teams on asset management processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
