This is what you'll actually do!
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Business Intelligence solutions that enable colleagues across Finsbury Food Group to make better, data-driven decisions. You'll design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that provide meaningful insight into business performance.
Working with stakeholders across multiple departments, you'll gather reporting requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver reporting that meets business needs while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and governance.
You'll also support the development and maintenance of SQL Server databases, ETL processes and data integrations, ensuring information flows efficiently across business systems. Alongside this, you'll help manage the governance, validation and maintenance of master data, working collaboratively with teams across the business to improve consistency and data quality.

Your success will be measured through the quality and reliability of reporting solutions, improvements in data integrity, stakeholder satisfaction, successful project delivery, and your contribution to driving better business decisions through data.
Ideally this is you!
- 1–2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Development role.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong SQL Server knowledge with experience writing T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions and database objects.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.
- Experience developing ETL processes and supporting data integration solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across different business functions and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting or maintaining master data and promoting strong data governance practices.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Exposure to cloud ERP platforms such as Azure, SAP or Infor M3 would be advantageous.
- Experience using Python or an interest in AI and automation technologies would be beneficial.
