IT Business Partner/IT Manager | Mac & Windows | Altrincham | £35k
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious IT Support person with strong vendor management skills to take full ownership of a diverse technology estate. Based in Altrincham, you will act as the vital technical lead, managing key business systems across a fast-growing, multi-site infrastructure and working and managing a managed services provider.

You will be joining a highly prestigious, leading professional services firm that currently supports over 100 users spread across 5 bustling regional sites. This incredibly dynamic business is investing heavily in its infrastructure, providing the perfect blend of long-term stability and rapid, exciting commercial growth.
The Role & Responsibilities
As the crucial internal technical lead, you will serve as the strategic linchpin between the internal user base and the external managed service provider (MSP). Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking complete ownership of day-to-day user issues
- Optimising a mixed Mac & Windows technology estate
- Driving performance across multiple third-party tech vendors
- Managing high-level service level agreements
- Leading infrastructure improvements
- Ensuring robust operational stability across all 5 business locations
