IT Capability & Workforce Transformation Lead - Reading Office - Hybrid - Inside IR35 - 6 months

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Capability & Workforce Transformation Lead to play a key role in a major technology transformation programme.

Working closely with senior IT and HR stakeholders, you will lead workforce planning, capability assessment, organisational design, and skills development activities across a large technology function. You will design and implement SFIA-aligned job families and career pathways, establish capability baselines, identify future skills requirements, and develop workforce strategies to meet evolving business needs.
