IT Change & Workplace Delivery Specialist | 4-Month FTC or Day-Rate Consultant
📍 Leicester (Hybrid – onsite during key delivery phases) | up to £70,000 pro rata (FTC) or competitive day rate
Are you an experienced IT Change professional who enjoys making things happen rather than just managing plans?
We're looking for a hands-on IT Change & Workplace Delivery Specialist to join a fast-growing business during a busy period of change and expansion.
If you've delivered office moves, technology rollouts or workplace change programmes and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position where you'll play a key role in ensuring office moves, new site launches and IT change projects are delivered seamlessly.
You'll be the person making sure employees arrive on day one able to log in, connect, collaborate and get straight to work with minimal disruption.
- Deliver IT workplace and office move projects from planning through to go-live
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across internal IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders
- Support new office openings, site moves and technology deployments
- Ensure workplace technology, networks, meeting rooms and end-user equipment are fully operational
- Be on-site during key delivery phases, resolving issues quickly and keeping projects on track
- Communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business
- Continuously improve delivery processes and project outcomes

About You
Experienced in:
- IT change delivery, workplace technology or project delivery
- Office relocations, site launches or infrastructure deployment
- Coordinating internal IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and taking ownership of delivery
- Working confidently in environments where priorities can change quickly
Desirable
- Experience within insurance or financial services
- Exposure to MSPs or third-party supplier management
- Knowledge of ITIL, Prosci or change management frameworks
