What You’ll Do
We seek driven IT Consultants to support ERP-enabled business transformation, blending SAP expertise and client-facing delivery experience. This role will accelerate your strategic consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Delivery: Contribute to ERP initiatives across:
- Requirements gathering & design
- Testing & cutover to live environments
- Methodologies: Apply SAP Activate frameworks for efficient, high-quality delivery
- Strategic Contribution: Assist in:
- Business case development
- PMO functions
- Change management activities
- Specialist Learning: Gain exposure to multiple SAP modules (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Client Engagement: Participate in workshops and workshops to align solution scope with business priorities
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 3–6+ years in ERP systems (with a strong SAP focus)
- Consulting or systems integrator (SI) background
- Functional SAP expertise in at least one module
- Proven ability to:
- Own discrete workstreams/modules, supervised remotely
- Perform rapid assessments and as-is analysis
- Use AI/ML tools (e.g., generative AI) for efficiency (research, documentation, analysis)
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs
- Client-facing experience, with exposure to PMOs, delivery teams, or change management
- Knowledge of ERP delivery phases and programme structures
- Familiarity with:
- SAP Activate methodologies
- Or traditional ERP delivery or SAP implementations

Education
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM or business discipline
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc) is advantageous, but not mandatory
