Are you an organised IT professional who enjoys bringing people, processes, and technology together?
At Retail Trust, we're looking for an IT Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our colleagues across the UK. Working closely with our outsourced IT provider, Kerv, you'll help ensure employees have the right equipment, access, guidance, and support to do their best work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys technology but is equally passionate about service, organisation, and stakeholder management.
About the role
- Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Location: Onsite - Derby office with UK wide remote support
As IT Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of IT operations, acting as the link between colleagues, managers, suppliers, and internal teams. You'll coordinate device management, onboarding and offboarding activities, supplier interactions, asset tracking, documentation, and IT-related processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the build, issue, return, and decommissioning of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Managing IT asset records and ensuring equipment is accurately tracked throughout its lifecycle.
- Supporting joiners, movers, and leavers by coordinating access requests, equipment allocation, and user guidance.
- Working with Kerv and other suppliers to monitor incidents, requests, and service delivery.
- Maintaining IT documentation, user guides, FAQs, and process information. Plus and compliance activities through accurate record keeping and evidence gathering.

About you
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in an IT Coordinator, IT Support, Service Desk, IT Operations, or similar role.
- A good understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Experience working with outsourced IT providers or managed service partners.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to explain technical processes confidently to non-technical colleagues.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
