IT Customer Manager, Digital Products

Unilode manages the world’s largest outsourced fleet of ULDs and owns the largest global network for the maintenance and repair of containers, pallets, and inflight food service equipment. Our outsourcing solutions help our customers improve business performance and deliver efficiencies and operational benefits.

Role Overview

The IT Customer Manager, Digital Products will oversee the delivery of digital benefits and contractual requirements for assigned customers within their region. This role is responsible for:

To add to our quality culture, we expect you to have:

  • Relevant experience, preferably with certified project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
