What You’ll Be Involved In
As part of the Sage IT Delivery Graduate Programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our global IT function, developing skills, knowledge, and business acumen for a successful career in technology.

Through rotations in areas such as:

You’ll explore how technology strategy is shaped, delivered, and supported across a global organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives
- Exploring emerging technologies, including AI and automation
- Analysing data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues across IT, business teams, and external partners
- Communicating technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Contributing to governance, risk, and compliance activities to ensure secure and effective operations
From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to a variety of technologies, and receive support to grow your:

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
To apply, you’ll need:
- A degree in any discipline (You don’t need to be technical—we welcome graduates keen to build a career in technology)
Key Qualities & Skills
- A keen interest in technology and how it drives efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical thinking – ability to evaluate data and operational information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with initiative
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and their impact on organisations
