Through rotations in areas such as:

You’ll explore how technology strategy is shaped, delivered, and supported across a global organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives
  • Exploring emerging technologies, including AI and automation
  • Analysing data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues across IT, business teams, and external partners
  • Communicating technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Contributing to governance, risk, and compliance activities to ensure secure and effective operations

From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to a variety of technologies, and receive support to grow your:

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

To apply, you’ll need:

  • A degree in any discipline (You don’t need to be technical—we welcome graduates keen to build a career in technology)

Key Qualities & Skills

  • A keen interest in technology and how it drives efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Analytical thinking – ability to evaluate data and operational information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with initiative
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and their impact on organisations
