We're Hiring: IT & Digital Transformation Manager

Location: Leicester & Various Sites Nationwide, UK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

We're looking for an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead our technology strategy and drive digital innovation across our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organisation
  • Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, hardware, telephony, and cybersecurity
  • Oversee healthcare systems including PACS, RIS, patient booking, and clinical workflow platforms
  • Manage websites, patient portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms
  • Deliver IT and digital projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Cyber Essentials, and NHS information governance requirements
  • Collaborate with external IT providers, software vendors, and technology partners
  • Support system integrations, disaster recovery, user training, and continuous technology improvements

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and healthcare information systems
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Good understanding of UK GDPR and information governance

Desirable Skills

  • Healthcare or diagnostic imaging experience
  • Knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and NHS Digital systems
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft, or Cybersecurity
