We're Hiring: IT & Digital Transformation Manager
Location: Leicester & Various Sites Nationwide, UK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)
We're looking for an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead our technology strategy and drive digital innovation across our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organisation
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, hardware, telephony, and cybersecurity
- Oversee healthcare systems including PACS, RIS, patient booking, and clinical workflow platforms
- Manage websites, patient portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms
- Deliver IT and digital projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Cyber Essentials, and NHS information governance requirements
- Collaborate with external IT providers, software vendors, and technology partners
- Support system integrations, disaster recovery, user training, and continuous technology improvements

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and healthcare information systems
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Good understanding of UK GDPR and information governance

Desirable Skills
- Healthcare or diagnostic imaging experience
- Knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and NHS Digital systems
- Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft, or Cybersecurity
