IT Director: Manchester City Centre | £90,000-£100,000
We are pleased to be working in partnership with a high-performing professional services firm is seeking an IT Director at a pivotal stage, having invested in a strong technology platform and now needing leadership to unlock its full potential.
This is a newly created, Board-facing role with a clear mandate: bring structure, ownership, and direction to IT.

You will act as the firm's single point of accountability, introducing governance, improving vendor and outsourced partner performance, and driving progress across platforms, data, AI, and user adoption.
This is not a traditional operational role; it's about shaping and elevating the function.
Must Have
- Proven experience leading or transforming IT functions
- Strong stakeholder management with Board-level exposure
- Ability to introduce governance, structure, and delivery discipline
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced IT environments
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a bias for execution
- Experience with multiple applications/systems

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + package
