The Opportunity
Own the end-to-end IT agenda: strategy, operations, security, vendors, and change
- Drive Microsoft-led transformation, with major focus on Dynamics 365 F&O / Supply Chain
- Play a key role in post-acquisition systems consolidation and standardisation across entities
- Lead pragmatic adoption of automation/AI to improve reporting, workflows and decision-making

What You’ll Lead
- Multi-year tech roadmap aligned to business goals and operational efficiency
- D365 performance and continuous improvement, integrations, and reporting/Power BI insights
- Secure, reliable IT operations (identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, backups, SOC-aligned security)
- Pan-European MSP and vendor management, service performance and commercial outcomes
- A small, capable team across service delivery, architecture, and data/MI

What We’re Looking For
- Senior IT leadership experience in mid-to-large organisations (asset-intensive sectors preferred)
- Strong Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem background (Azure/M365/Power Platform/security)
- Proven delivery of complex change (ERP optimisation, integrations, transformation programmes)
- Confident stakeholder management and commercial/budget ownership
- Able to be onsite 3 days per week in London with regular European travel
