IT Engineer (CCTV/Access Control)

Integration Solutions Specialist (Remote)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customer delivery, and software integrations. Rather than a traditional development role, this position focuses on taking customer requirements and technical concepts through the full integration lifecycle—from design and validation to successful release and ongoing support.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver robust integration solutions that are scalable, supportable, and suitable for a broad customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical integration solutions
  • Manage integrations from concept through to release
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams
  • Support UAT, testing, and functional validation activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Provide training and technical guidance
  • Research and validate third-party technologies and integrations
  • Ensure solutions remain scalable, supportable, and aligned with wider business objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
