Field Engineer – West England
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Are you seeking a dynamic field engineering role where every day brings new challenges, independence, and the opportunity to directly impact clients’ success?
As a Field Engineer at T-Tech, you’ll be part of a team of ten engineers. Your responsibilities include four site visits per week across West England, delivering client-facing, technical, and service-driven support.
What You’ll Do
- Travel and site visits: Conduct around four client visits weekly, ensuring each day is engaging and varied.
- Customer service excellence: Provide first-point-of-contact support on-site, resolving technical issues efficiently to ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and maintain high service standards.
- Problem-solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex matters where necessary.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records to support seamless service delivery.
- Brand representation: Act with professionalism to build strong client relationships and reinforce T-Tech’s reputation.

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a proactive, client-focused problem solver ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates bring:
- Proven customer service experience – Turning challenges into positive client outcomes.
- Technical curiosity – A passion for troubleshooting, learning, and delivering smart, quick solutions.
- Growth mindset – Certifications like Microsoft Azure (AZ-900) or Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals (MS-900) are helpful (but not mandatory); we’ll support qualifications if needed.
- Strong communication skills – The ability to explain technical issues clearly and build client trust.
