Field Engineer – West England (Hybrid)
About the Role
Are you looking for a field engineering role where every day is different, where you’re trusted to work independently, and where your efforts have a direct impact on clients’ success?
As a Field Engineer with T-Tech, you will be part of a team of ten engineers and conduct approximately four site visits per week across West England. This client-facing, technical, and service-driven role ensures our customers receive reliable, high-quality support on-site.

- Key responsibility: First point of contact on-site, resolving technical issues and delivering a positive client experience
What You’ll Do
- Travel and Varied Workload: Regularly visit client sites across West England, with around four visits per week, ensuring a dynamic and engaging role.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Act as the first point of contact on-site.
- Resolve technical issues quickly and professionally.
- Leave clients with a positive experience.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with the engineering team.
- Share knowledge and best practices to maintain high standards.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure no issues slip through the cracks.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Document work accurately to keep records up-to-date and services seamless.
- Representation & Relationships:
- Represent T-Tech professionally.
- Build strong client relationships while ensuring they feel supported.

You’ll be a proactive, people-focused problem solver excited to make an impact. We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven Customer Service Experience:
- Ability to keep clients happy and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
- Technical Curiosity:
- Enjoys learning, troubleshooting, and finding smarter solutions quickly.
- Certifications like Microsoft (MS-900) and Azure (AZ-900) are a plus—but if you’re missing them, we’ll support your growth.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Can explain technical issues clearly and friendly.
- Builds trust with clients and stakeholders.
