IT Field Project Engineer
£34,000 – £38,000 | London | Field-Based

What's the role really about?
This isn't a desk-based engineering role.
You'll be out delivering customer projects.
One day you could be rolling out Microsoft 365 devices for a new client.
The next, installing networking equipment, building comms cabinets, deploying wireless infrastructure or helping deliver a complete office move.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering customer infrastructure projects across London and the surrounding areas
- Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 devices and user environments
- Deploying Windows desktops, laptops and workplace technology
- Installing servers, networking equipment and wireless solutions
- Supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint
- Carrying out customer onboarding and office technology rollouts
- Completing site surveys and preparing installations
- Producing clear project documentation and handover information
- Building strong relationships with customers throughout every project
What you'll bring
- Previous experience delivering IT projects within an MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Intune and Entra ID
- Experience working with Windows Server and infrastructure technologies
- Good networking knowledge across switches, wireless and firewalls
- Confidence working directly with customers onsite
- A professional attitude and genuine pride in the quality of your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
