Role Overview
Alloyed is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-oriented individual to join its growing team as an IT Fulfilment Coordinator.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work alongside the existing Managed Service Provider, ensuring all staff have access to appropriate and well-maintained IT equipment.
You will develop an understanding of the different functions and divisions within the company ensuring IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

You will liaise with the IT Manager and the MSP to support cyber security standards, flagging risks and closing gaps.
Your duties will require you to regularly work in sites located in both Yarnton and Abingdon so being a car owner/driver is essential.
Training will be provided as required, however a general understanding of IT infrastructure approaches and cyber security is welcome but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all employees have access to well maintained, secure and cost appropriate IT equipment – including laptops, desktops, virtual machines and mobile devices as required. This involves maintaining appropriate records of all IT asset allocations and locations, managing collection and return of serviced or damaged IT equipment, ensuring warranties are monitored
- Support the new starter process, working with the Knowledge and People Team and relevant line managers to ensure new arrivals IT equipment is ready with the suitable software so they can ‘hit the ground running’
- Liaise with our MSP onsite support to ensure all hot desk, meeting room and pod IT infrastructure is well maintained and of a suitable consistent standard
- Ensure any IT needs relevant to international travel are respected and supported including delivering equipment for trips to China and other identified ‘cyber-risk’ environments
- Liaise with the Business Support and the Security Team to ensure all employees have a personal fob with the appropriate door access in place
- Raise all appropriate Purchase orders, approved as appropriate, for all relevant & necessary IT acquisitions
- Liaise with the service delivery team at Blue Planet helping them fine tune and optimise the delivery of support services to all Alloyed employees
