IT Governance & Access Management Analyst
We are looking for an IT Governance & Access Management Analyst to support user access, IT governance, audit coordination, risk and control tracking, documentation and project governance across the IT function.
The role will involve administering user access across key business and technology platforms, supporting joiner/mover/leaver processes, carrying out access reviews, maintaining audit trails and ensuring access is properly authorised and documented.
You will also support IT risk and control registers, audit evidence gathering, remediation tracking, policy and procedure updates, governance reporting and IT project delivery tracking.

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in user access management, identity administration, IT operations, IT governance or a similar role.
- Understanding of access control principles, including least privilege and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, risk tracking or governance activity.
- Strong documentation, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience maintaining policies, procedures, action logs or operational documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Desirable
- Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking, ERP or FCCM access administration.
- Knowledge of IT risk and control frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or ISO 27001.
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ITIL, Security+ or Oracle/Red Hat certifications would be beneficial.
