DHL is looking for an enthusiastic IT Graduate – Power Applications to join our Digital Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career as a Power Platform Developer, working with industry-leading technologies while gaining exposure to multiple areas of IT.
As part of our graduate programme, you'll develop the technical, business, and professional skills needed to become a well-rounded IT professional, with structured rotations across key functions including Customer-Facing IT, Digitalisation and Project Delivery, Service Management, and Compliance & Information Security.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Power Applications Graduate, you will:
- Design, develop and maintain Power Apps solutions that automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Build workflows using Power Automate and create insightful reporting with Power BI.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Act as an application developer and product owner for a portfolio of solutions.
- Support and enhance existing applications, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to business users developing their own Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Contribute to DHL's wider digitalisation strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Learn

By the end of the programme, you'll be able to independently design and develop Power Platform solutions, work confidently with business stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable applications that support DHL's operations.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
A recent degree (or equivalent qualification) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Data Science
- Business Information Systems
- Or a closely related discipline
Skills & Knowledge
You will have:
- A genuine interest in Microsoft Power Platform and low-code development.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI through academic studies, projects, internships or personal learning.
- An understanding of software development principles and database concepts.
- Awareness of agile methodologies and project delivery approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- A passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement.
