Job Title: IT Graduate – Support & Operations
Location: This position will be based at our IT offices in Pencoed, South Wales.

Your Future Team
Digital is ROCKWOOL Group’s IT organization that supplies global solutions and connectivity to around 12,000 ROCKWOOL employees in more than 40 countries. Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.
What you will be doing
- Playing a key role in supporting the KCS initiative, including creating and maintaining high-quality knowledge articles with standardised templates for consistency and clarity
- Creating, producing, and continuously improving training materials including instructional videos, tutorials, self-paced modules, and targeted content addressing emerging user needs
- Developing high-quality knowledge articles, refining templates, validating existing content, and planning weekly drop-in sessions for newcomers to enhance user satisfaction and reduce support search time
- Identifying system issues, knowledge gaps, and process improvements; implementing solutions such as correcting feedback workflows and enhancing article submission requirements
- Providing frontline IT support to users during periods of absence or business need, including local hardware tasks such as device replacement and equipment distribution for new hires
- Assisting with small IT projects within the Global Service Desk by updating trackers, maintaining notes, attending meetings, and learning to identify and escalate issues early
- Participating in a structured PMO Buddy Programme paired with a Project Management Office member to learn project fundamentals including planning, delivery, timelines, risks, and cross-team communication
- Gaining real-world experience in project management through gradual, hands-on exposure to complex initiatives from initiation through completion
- Working alongside experienced service and project professionals while developing versatile skills across multiple operational and technical domains
- Actively contributing to service improvement initiatives, identifying outdated or unclear content, and help optimise processes to enhance overall service delivery

- Degree level qualification in a relevant subject
- Passion and interest for IT and Project Management
- Driven and proactive approach to learning
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional departments
