Its services include computer networking, IT consulting, network support, and IT infrastructure and security. Based in the UK and serving clients globally, the company helps organizations grow through smarter IT.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Hardware Sales role based in Birmingham. The role involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for IT hardware solutions, including networking equipment, servers, laptops, and security devices.

Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with technical teams to understand client requirements
- Recommending suitable vendor products
- Ensuring timely delivery and implementation support
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Providing post-sale assistance
- Staying current on product updates and market trends
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology with working knowledge of common hardware, networking products, and enterprise IT environments.
- Skills in Network Administration and Network Security to understand client infrastructure needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to support pre-sales assessments and basic post-sale technical queries.
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to engage clients, manage expectations, and build trust.
- Prior experience in IT hardware or technology sales, account management, or business development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, preparing quotations, and producing clear, professional sales documentation.
- A relevant qualification in IT, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
