Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Technician (12-Month Contract)
Location: London (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)
Contract: 12 Months
We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join a leading global organisation on a 12-month onsite contract in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to user queries and resolve desktop support incidents.
- Install software and perform remote hardware diagnostics.
- Monitor system performance and identify technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and installations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems using documentation and diagnostic tools.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting support SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent technical training.
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with application support.
- Hardware deployment and technical setup experience.
- Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience supporting enterprise users.
