About The Role

Qualifications
No prior industry experience or technical background is required to enroll in this program. We welcome applicants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive attitude. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively. Basic computer literacy and a genuine interest in IT support are desirable qualities. Our program is designed to accommodate individuals at various levels of experience, providing the necessary training and certifications to launch a successful career in IT support.
Responsibilities
Throughout the course, participants will be responsible for engaging fully in live instructor-led online training sessions, completing practical assignments, and participating in real-world project work. Key responsibilities include:
- Mastering the fundamentals of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Network configuration
- Security protocols
- Customer support techniques
Students will prepare for industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resit opportunities. Post-training, graduates are expected to apply their skills in real-world settings, providing technical support, resolving user issues, and maintaining IT systems within client organizations. Our job placement support ensures that graduates are ready to meet employer expectations and excel in their new roles.
