IT Infrastructure Security Specialist

At FläktGroup, we are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our global IT team. This role is perfect for those who have a deep passion for security, thrive in international environments, and want to make a real, impactful difference to our cyber security strategy and IT infrastructure protection.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who will:

  • Strengthen and evolve our cyber security landscape alongside a global IT team

Responsibilities

As an IT Infrastructure Security Specialist, you will:

  • Operate and enhance core cyber security services and technical controls
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security standards and frameworks, including NIS2, NIST
  • Support internal and external security audits and compliance activities
  • Handle cyber security incidents, covering analysis, response, containment and remediation
  • Monitor threats and vulnerabilities, identifying security gaps effectively
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners
  • Contribute to security-driven projects that improve the company’s overall security posture
  • Maintain and enforce organisation-wide security policies, standards, and best practices

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security or IT infrastructure security
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies, including:
    • M365
    • Entra ID
    • Purview
    • Azure Security
    • Endpoint security
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including NIS2, NIST
  • Experience in incident response and security operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
