IT Manager | Aldgate - Hybrid | £65,000
Are you an IT Manager who enjoys owning Microsoft 365, improving SharePoint environments and delivering better IT services rather than firefighting infrastructure?
We're looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of a modern Microsoft environment where you'll play a key role in improving collaboration, governance, security and user experience across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SharePoint Administration experience who enjoys driving projects, improving processes and working across the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Administering and developing the SharePoint Online environment
- Managing SharePoint permissions, governance and data structures
- Leading SharePoint migrations and improving information architecture
- Driving Microsoft 365 improvements across Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform
- Managing IT projects from planning through to delivery
- Supporting cyber security initiatives, compliance and audit activities
- Working with stakeholders across the business to improve technology services
- Acting as the internal owner of IT services while coordinating with an external MSP where required

We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Strong SharePoint Administration (essential)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- SharePoint migrations and governance
- Microsoft Teams
- Power Platform (desirable)
- Azure administration
- Cyber Security / IT Governance
- IT Project Delivery
- Working within regulated environments
Experience managing an MSP is beneficial, but the priority is finding someone who has strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration experience and enjoys improving internal IT services.
