As IT Manager (Business Applications), you will:
- Lead the delivery of business-critical applications while supporting a major ERP transformation programme.
- Oversee the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform, ensuring business continuity throughout the migration.
- Manage a team of application specialists, coordinating testing, training, and data migration.
- Maintain the stability of existing ERP, WMS, and OMS platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and group IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions.
- Take ownership of governance, budgeting, vendor management, and application support to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:
- At least four years' experience in an IT management role, ideally within a multi-site retail or fashion environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, and OMS.
- Confident people leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data governance.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail would be highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting legacy systems through large-scale transformation programmes.

Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £70,000
- Hybrid working with 4 days in the office
