Profile
A successful IT Manager should have:
- A strong background in managing IT operations and implementing technology strategies.
- Proficiency in MS IT systems, network management, and cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of IT professionals.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
