Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking to develop your career in a modern, forward-thinking Managed Services environment?
Our client is a well-established and growing technology services provider supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses across Buckinghamshire, London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an additional IT & Network Support Technician to join their successful technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers and developing their expertise across cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity and AI-powered business solutions.
The Role
Working across a range of client environments, you will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring excellent service delivery and helping customers maximise the value of their technology investments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line IT support
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Supporting and administering Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions
- Managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting networks, firewalls and wireless solutions
- Deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Diagnosing hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Implementing cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions
- Supporting backup, disaster recovery and business continuity platforms
- Performing client site visits and project work
- Maintaining technical documentation and customer records

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 support and administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Working knowledge of Windows Server
- Networking troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting end users in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Right to Work
- Full, clean and valid UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites
