Workload: Full time hours
Setup: PAYE contract inside IR35
GROSS Rate: Monthly Salary + Holiday accrual = £3000
Location: Bracknell initially, then Winnersh (UK)
An opportunity for an IT support professional to assist in a large-scale office move, ensuring seamless IT operations and end-user support throughout the transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site IT support during an office relocation project
- Perform hardware troubleshooting on Lenovo desktops and laptops
- Support peripherals including monitors, docking stations, and printers
- Conduct computer imaging and IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) tasks
- Manage IT asset tracking, inventory, and documentation updates
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support move logistics
- Set up workstations, including cable management and desk installations
- Conduct PAT testing and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Provide hands-on user support during and after relocation

Must-Have Skills
- ~1 year experience in an IT support or deskside support role
- Strong hardware troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Experience with imaging and deployment processes
- Knowledge of IMAC/D activities in a corporate environment
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
