About Aston Martin

At Aston Martin, exceptional digital experiences rely on more than innovative technology — they rely on resilient, reliable and well-supported platforms operating seamlessly behind the scenes.

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Commercial Digital Factory and play a key role in keeping our digital products, enterprise platforms and customer technologies running at their best.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving reliability and ensuring critical services remain available for the people who depend on them. You'll become a central part of our operational capability, helping to support the technologies that power customer engagement, dealer platforms, commercial operations and digital transformation initiatives across Aston Martin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Platform, Integration, Product, Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT teams.
  • Monitoring and Support: Help monitor platform health, investigate incidents, coordinate issue resolution and support the successful delivery of new releases and services.
  • Problem Solving: Whether you're identifying the root cause of a complex issue, automating operational processes or improving service performance, your work will have a direct impact on the stability and effectiveness of our digital landscape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
