Join our IT Operations Team and ensure the security and resilience of our clients’ IT estates.
We equip you with the technical capabilities to support business-critical horizontal and vertical responsibilities, as well as specialist areas such as infrastructure, environments, networking and security.
This Practice will have you diving into diverse, rewarding roles on client assignments where you will be supporting network infrastructures across software development life cycle stages (lab, staging, production, etc.). Contribute to incident management, lead technology change and play a key role in executing cloud migration, facilitating long-term operational success for clients.
You’ll be joining FDM as an Associate Consultant, within the IT Operations Practice. You will build a diverse portfolio of experience, delivering projects for clients working across a variety of specialist fields and sectors. You could see yourself taking on the role of Service Analyst, Production Support, DevOps, SecOps or Site Reliability Engineer. Career development at FDM will see you progress to Consultant, Senior Consultant then Principal Consultant, as you develop your skills and experience delivering expert consultative work for clients.

Minimum qualifications
- Degree level qualification (2:2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team
- Demonstrable interest and desire to work in technology
- Commitment to at least two years of employment with FDM
- The right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to take on client assignments across the South of England
