What Will You Do?
When you join our IT Support team, you will embark on an exciting journey that offers hands-on experience in maintaining and improving our internal servers and network infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams and work across a range of projects, including managing Windows-based systems, VMware environments, and ensuring reliable connectivity across our offices.
You’ll face technical challenges head-on while receiving support from experienced mentors. We are committed to helping you develop your IT skills by providing opportunities to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements that will make our systems more efficient and dependable.

Eligibility Requirements
You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
You will be in your penultimate year of study in a Computer Science or Software Engineering related degree - what’s also important is your commitment to the scheme and your willingness to learn.

Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day which will be in February or March 2026. It may take a little bit of time between assessment stages to get back to you; we really appreciate your patience.
