Do you have a customer first mindset? Do you thrive in a stakeholder-rich environment? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you here at EDF as an IT Product Manager within the EDF Finance/Enterprise IT Team!
The Opportunity…
We’re hiring a strategic IT Product Manager – M365 Platform and Security to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 services across identity and access management tools, supporting server infrastructure, M365 tenant configuration and Power Platform suite. You’ll guide technical Product Owners and translate technical roadmaps into seamless, user-centric experiences.
Sitting within our Enterprise IT function, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (up to and including Heads of Function) to craft roadmaps and program backlogs that deliver real business value. You’ll also collaborate with Project teams, cyber security teams and Architects to align delivery priorities, architecture, and solution design.
A natural leader, you’ll manage a team of Enterprise Product Owners, ensuring they effectively translate program-level priorities into actionable user stories at the delivery level. You’ll also take ownership of domain dependencies within your platforms, fostering clarity and performance across the portfolio.
You’ll join us on a salary starting from £70,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential for an annual bonus. This is hybrid working role, that balances time at home and on site to support collaboration and delivery. There will therefore be occasional travel to our offices within the UK.
Who you are
We’re looking for a strategic, IT Product Manager with a passion for digital innovation and a keen sense of business impact. You'll demonstrate a strong balance of domain knowledge and commercial acumen, combined with the initiative and accountability to drive success across complex and large IT enterprise IT estates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
