Do you have a customer-first mindset and thrive in a stakeholder-rich environment? If so, we’re looking for a strategic IT Product Manager to join our EDF Finance/Enterprise IT Team.
About the Role
We’re hiring a strategic IT Product Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including identity and access management, server infrastructure, M365 tenant configuration, and the Power Platform suite. Your role will bridge technical and business needs—translating complex roadmaps into seamless, user-centric experiences while leading teams, stakeholders, and delivery priorities.
Sitting within our Enterprise IT function, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders (Heads of Function+), cybersecurity teams, and architects to shape technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You’ll also:
- Guide technical Product Owners
- Foster alignment between architecture, solution design, and user needs
- Manage domain dependencies to drive clarity and performance
- Ensure scalable, high-impact delivery via agile principles
This is an hybrid role (flexible between home/office) with occasional UK-wide travel.
Salary: Starting at £70,000/year (subject to experience) + annual bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption by ensuring M365 and associated platforms remain engaging and deliver real business value at scale.
- Improve user experience (UX), balancing technical feasibility, security controls, and operative needs.
- Identify innovation opportunities and bridge gaps across enterprise dependencies.
- Lead technical Product Owners, coaching them to embed lean processes while setting high delivery standards.
- Shape and deliver the M365 platform roadmap in alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
- Align infrastructure/secure pipelines to meet regulatory, business, and user requirements.
- Develop lean business cases to secure cross-functional sign-off, supporting Lean Portfolio Governance.
- Set platform metrics (e.g., OKRs) and track progress to ensure rapid adaptation and clarity for leadership.
- Stakeholder liaison: Engage internally (executive teams, cybersecurity, architects) and externally to articulate needs and negotiate priorities.

- Agile leadership—You upskill teams, reduce inefficiencies, and scale agile processes across portfolios.
- Obsession with user experience—You care deeply about building intuitive, high-value products.
