A charity are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple digital and technology projects within a fast-paced organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management and business change experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent IT and digital projects from implementation through to successful delivery.
- Deliver a range of infrastructure, cyber security, cloud and business systems projects, including Microsoft 365, Intune, network upgrades, system integrations and technology implementations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Work closely with technical teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
- Provide regular project updates, ensuring clear communication, governance and successful business adoption of new technologies.

- Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure, digital or technology projects end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, risks and resources.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, cyber security best practices and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) are desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies or user training would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to UK sites as required.
