12 Month FTC – IT Project Manager (Programme)
About KBR and the Project
KBR is a global technical solutions provider with 28,000+ employees worldwide, delivering services across 34 countries to clients in 80+ nations. Their mission is to drive impactful solutions that create a better, safer, and more sustainable world.
KBR’s Estates Intelligence division specialises in enabling clients to make informed decisions regarding operational and strategic estate and asset management. The team leverages the ‘6 As’ Methodology—Aggregation, Automation, Assurance, Audit, Analytics—via their Viaverse platform. This helps clients achieve enhanced asset management by consolidating data, automating workflows, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights for better decision-making.

This multi-workstream programme will deliver a scaled transition from current services, involving:
- Design, build, test, transition, and hypercare
- Significant data transition and operational change

Led by senior stakeholders, KBR is assembling a multi-disciplinary technology team to execute this programme. This role falls under a large-scale KBR Estates Intelligence programme, providing substantial benefits to a public sector department.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
