About the Role
We are seeking a **credible and proactive IT Project Manager to join the Solutions, Development and Delivery team, managing and successfully delivering multiple key external-facing digital/software development projects.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will join a supportive team focused on delivering organisational change and continuous improvement.
Your role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, leveraging your technical and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient adoption of IT projects within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.

- Manage and deliver multiple digital and software development projects across the organisation.
- Liaise with project sponsors to align deliverables, timelines, and expected benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships across stakeholders and teams.
- Apply governance and risk protocols to ensure streamlined project execution.
- Elevate cross-functional collaboration, resolving conflict and optimising team performance as needed.
- Matrix manage stakeholders and colleagues to ensure expectations are met and project objectives are realised.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Experience in working within an regulated sector (financial, legal or public sector) is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies, and project planning tools.
