IT Project Manager (Contract) – RBAC / Access Controls
Midlands (Hybrid 1–2 days per week) | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Initial Contract
I'm working with a FTSE 100 organisation to appoint an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a business-critical Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Controls project.
This is a high-profile project within a complex enterprise environment, working across both technology and business functions to deliver improved access governance, security, and operational controls.
The Role
You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide RBAC programme, coordinating technical and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of robust access control processes and governance.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects within large enterprise organisations.
- Experience delivering RBAC, Access Controls, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security programmes is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, experience delivering other large-scale enterprise transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of IT delivery methodologies, governance, and business process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Opportunity
- 6-month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension.
- Outside IR35.
- Strong day rate, negotiable.
- Hybrid working with approximately 1–2 days per week in the Midlands, depending on project requirements.
- Immediate requirement, with interviews taking place quickly and an expected start within the next 1–2 weeks.
