About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within banking, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation environments. The ideal candidate will excel in managing global cross-functional teams, driving large-scale technological transformations, and overseeing governance, financial management, and regulatory compliance in regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation programs.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage up to 30+ resources across global locations and functions.
- Engage with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.

Methodologies & Implementation
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Drive system implementations, cloud migrations, application transformations, and data migrations.
Governance & Strategy
- Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, and executive status reporting.
- Support TOM (Target Operating Model) design, requirement validation, and process mapping.
Vendor & Compliance Management
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party supplier contracts.
- Align projects with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Project & Program Management
- Delivered large-scale enterprise projects in banking/financial, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
- Expertise in governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Experience leading strategic business and technology transformations.
Technical Expertise
- Infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, and continuous platform upgrades.
- IAM (Identity and Access Management), RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
- Deep knowledge of security controls, compliance, and data governance.

Business & Transformation
- Process mapping and digitization, with a focus on customer experience:
- Migration of large-scale systems and interoperability.
- Data-driven decision-making and adoption of agile methodologies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Relations
- Experience with executive engagement and cross-cultural leadership.
- Proven track record in change management and organizational transformation.
Preferred Experience
- Banking & Financial Services (understanding of regulatory standards: PSD2, GDPR, FCA, Basel III).
- Direct or parallel experience in cybersecurity, IAM, and cloud governance.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
