At Genuit Group, we are focused on creating a more sustainable built environment. This means increasing resilience as buildings adapt to the challenges of climate change, while also reducing the impact the built environment has on the environment.

As a growing FTSE 250 business with global ambitions, Genuit offers the opportunity to work across multiple construction sectors within the Group and be part of shaping the future direction of the organisation.

We’re looking for a driven and structured IS Project Manager to join our Group IT & Digital function, leading the delivery of impactful IT and digital initiatives across multiple business units.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering projects that directly support business performance, transformation and growth.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are structured, controlled and successfully implemented across the organisation.

Working within a central PMO, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, driving alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
