The IT Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. This position requires:
- Applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge
- Contributing to the development of new techniques and improvements in processes and workflows
- Integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area
- Requiring an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate in sub-functions while coordinating efforts toward broader business objectives
- Evaluating moderately complex issues with substantial impact, requiring analysis of conflicting alternatives
- Utilising strong analytical, communication, and diplomatic skills
- Assuming formal and informal leadership roles within teams
- Coaching and training new recruits
- Having a significant impact on project size, geography, and decision-making through advice, facilitation, and service delivery

- Coordinating project team activities, allocating resources, and developing schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensuring adherence to control, risk, and process standards
- Identifying scope and impact of project risks while raising and resolving issues
- Demonstration of a comprehensive understanding of IT leadership concepts and procedures within specialist areas
- Providing evaluative judgment based on factual analysis in complex situations
- Directly influencing IT project outcomes through planning, budget management, and procedure formulation
- Persuading and facilitating decisions through communication, diplomacy, and negotiation
- Assessing risks and ensuring compliance with laws, firm policies, ethical standards, and safeguarding customer assets, reputation, and Citigroup integrity
Requirements
Experience in an IT project leadership role with people management experience.
- Must have experience within the technology and financial services sector
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent University degree
